      Workload is so much that you’re inevitably going to learn Some really great coworkers

      Poor management - rude, disrespectful Toxic work culture Management will expect you to do the work of 3 They won’t hire more employees, in fact every one is always afraid of getting fired “if you won’t do it, someone will” type of environment
