Pros
Remote work anywhere in Canada; they say that they would provide the equipment but it looks like that they never ship the equipment until the new hires get approved by their toxic and unprofessional trainers, who doesn't have any career prospects.
Cons
They interviewed and hired people a month a month before the work starts. I had to wait for a month to start since hired. The training was poorly organized. The system has lots of non-functional log-ins. The requests for help in solving software and tech issues during the training fall on deaf ears. It is just one of the garbage U.S companies that are trying to outsource in Canada. The management and how they conduct their business seems to be extremely toxic and unethical.
