      Good middle management at the Charlotte, MI location, decent pay, decent work environment. Opportunities for growth outside of department.

      Cons

      The annual raises are below COLA, so it’s an effective pay CUT every year. The benefits are terrible. Corporate makes decisions for the business units, which can cause frustration with policies for the employees.
