      Lots of opportunity for overtime.Decent pay for the area

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime sometimes 55+ hours. Raises are small and only come once a year. .35-.50 cent.

      Subpar onsite Senior Leadership (Director Levels). Poor and Toxic Culture within the Manufacturing/Operations Department that appears fostered and enabled.
