There are no pros to this job other then its a job!

This company is 100% not family oriented they allow sexual harassment they allow violence in their workplace with no repercussions there is no follow through on anything like that witnesses can see somebody sexually harassed a female and nothing is done it's swept under the table when this is can hear somebody threaten to kill somebody and their family nothing is done about it if I could afford to leave this place and work somewhere else I would but I dread every day coming to this hell hole I've never work for a company that has no respect for its employees like this place does it is sad to see that a company like this only cares about its dollar not how it was made the quality here is a joke also I've worked here for over a year and I am so displeased with how things are ran here management talks down to yells in your face tells you you're stupid can't do something right but yet it is okay for that to happen because they want to push out coaches they approve you for leave and then turn around and point you because you didn't have enough they don't tell you what the regulations are the guidelines for leave or doctor's appointments or FMLA but then expect you to know these things to be able to take care of your family you can give them notice for something months in advance they will still point you until you are gone they pick and choose who they want to help and they don't follow guidelines as much as they say they do I would never recommend this place to anybody to work here I encourage people to leave if I could find somewhere to go I would leave

Great Product. Consistent and Stable Employment.

Cons

Subpar onsite Senior Leadership (Director Levels). Poor and Toxic Culture within the Manufacturing/Operations Department that appears fostered and enabled.
