      The pay was the only good thing

      Cons

      Management is quite poor, training is nil, Management only enforces policies to certain individuals, dress code not followed by certain individuals even though they've been talked to about it, the list goes on and on.....

      Subpar onsite Senior Leadership (Director Levels). Poor and Toxic Culture within the Manufacturing/Operations Department that appears fostered and enabled.
