decent pay horrible management - General Laborer REV Group Employee Review

no clear way to move forward in your career at rev from the plant floor, i unless you have good drinking buddy or an affiliate in a position that can create a job for you. Pay is no where close to there competitors but they can get away with it cause there are no other rv factorys that can compete for there workers in a 2hr radius. also there is no employee policy book cause rules are always changing, to keep the employees guessing
