Company is falling apart. All new upper management and some old folks (like LW) are really doesn’t have a clue how to run company. You will waste your time here or even worse, regress and lose your competence - as all processes are the same they have been 25 years ago. Nothing really changed. Company doesn’t care about anything but profit at all costs. Engineering department is a joke - design is done by college graduates and run by clueless and inexperienced guys. People who still work there hate each other’s. You will be disrespected. Blaming is going around in circles instead of fixing the core issues, which are mostly management’s fault. I couldn’t recommend REV Orlando to anyone.
