Poor management. No life outside of work. Only 3 days notice for mandatory Saturdays Worked almost every Saturday since starting. People not doing their jobs which then management makes others down the line fix. Group leaders don't follow the schedule of production the same so half the line is far ahead and the other half is far behind. So you work on top of other departments No one cares that employees have a life outside of work so don't expect to have any time for family. Supervisors and up don't talk to floor employees to see what could be changed or fixed to help people want to actually work and get production done.
