      The work is not bad and not too difficult.

      Cons

      The management is horrible in ways that can't even be imagined. If there is a problem the response is throw bodies at it and make it work, even though the problem is that there is a supply shortage and no parts.

      Subpar onsite Senior Leadership (Director Levels). Poor and Toxic Culture within the Manufacturing/Operations Department that appears fostered and enabled.
