Pros
Not many pros, they paid on time.
Cons
Starting pay in 2019 was 13 per hour, "cost of living" raise maxed out at 27 cents. Long hours, regularly working 70 hour weeks. They like to make you do a lot of extra work for no extra pay, they lie about raises they give with internal promotion, and they expect you to work on days off. Internal promotion is limited to people management already knows, regardless of whether they can do their job correctly. The engineers will not take any responsibility for the issues they cause, and it's just not a very good environment.
