Pros

I feel like I can share my opinion without prejudice, which is something I didn't feel I could do at other places. The people I work closest with are extremely supportive and understanding, but given the nature of the business I would expect this. Newly defined career structure gives more visibility about expectations for each of the roles and timelines for possible career paths. Training and learning opportunities have vastly improved in the past year.

Cons

Pace and scale of change recently has sent a lot of people in a spin. Wanting a "restart" given the size of the business was never going to be easy but it has just been too much these last 2 months and it still doesn't feel like it is quite over. Communication is improving, but it can still be better. Expectations can sometimes feel one sided, for example, we waited months for something to happen re role alignment, but then were expected to give feedback or take action by the end of the week when it did.

Growing commitment to aligning with customer realities and reducing complexity.

Cons

Pace of change is high and can create ambiguity at times. Processes, internal alignment, and ways of working are still evolving. Requires proactive communication and ownership to navigate effectively.

Pros

The people I worked directly with were supportive and talented, and there were opportunities to learn if you were proactive.

Cons

Leadership frequently shifted priorities, making it difficult to execute long-term strategies or feel like work had a lasting impact. Communication around organizational changes often lacked transparency, which created uncertainty and hurt morale. The marketing organization felt under-resourced relative to expectations, and employees were expected to do more with less. Career growth and compensation did not feel competitive with the market, and recognition for strong work was inconsistent. If you’re looking for a stable environment with clear direction and long-term investment in employees, look elsewhere.

Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Our newer Career Elevation Strategy gives global team members visibility into career progression, and even more recently, we are working on a rewards strategy as part of that effort.
