Playing with people lifes making them "Redundant" over night. Changing the way of work doesn't have to mean changing staff, people can get properly trained. The company used people per its needs, which means that people's experience is limited to the one company provided. Also, totaly unprofessional example is giving promotion as acklowledgement for the hard work and not giving them contract(anex) for the promotion. Then, after few months making them redundant. At the same time expecting the same people to apply for the new vacancy expectations, with a new probation period after many years working in the company. And inviting them to a "team building"...
