They FIRED 100 people in Skopje due to "operational efficiency", and they DID NOT offer them the chance to stay by giving them an option to learn additional things. And afterwards they opened 50-60 NEW ROLES - more or less the same ones.
The culture was toxic. Also, too many NEPO-BABIES.
And the company does not care about its people. I'd love to see how you handle your first crisis with such a high turnover and loss of knowledge.
