Pros

-Truly a global company, employing people in nearly every continent with diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, races and political viewpoints. -Promotes a culture of openness and transparency. If you have any questions about the direction of the company, especially coming in as part of a M or A. All you have to do is ask. -Great leaderships and executives with ambitious goals and even higher expectations -Mission of the company and drive to deliver it. - Quality, hard work is rewarded in upward mobility, earning potential and opportunities to create your own role. Not a place to coast by and check-in and out everyday. -Top-Level Talent. Colleagues across all departments are able to pivot and grow with the company as customer need's continue to change and expand.

Cons

-Can be challenging to learn and remember all of the different products and offerings the company has to offer. Easy to leave something out. -Being spread out around the globe, in different time zones can sometimes slow things down, especially during covid.

Cons

Pace of change is high and can create ambiguity at times. Processes, internal alignment, and ways of working are still evolving. Requires proactive communication and ownership to navigate effectively.

Pros

The people I worked directly with were supportive and talented, and there were opportunities to learn if you were proactive.

Cons

Leadership frequently shifted priorities, making it difficult to execute long-term strategies or feel like work had a lasting impact. Communication around organizational changes often lacked transparency, which created uncertainty and hurt morale. The marketing organization felt under-resourced relative to expectations, and employees were expected to do more with less. Career growth and compensation did not feel competitive with the market, and recognition for strong work was inconsistent. If you’re looking for a stable environment with clear direction and long-term investment in employees, look elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're saddened to hear that you felt there was a lack of vision during your time with us, and we understand and hear your concerns. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Our newer Career Elevation Strategy gives global team members visibility into career progression, and even more recently, we are working on a rewards strategy as part of that effort. Additionally, we're currently working on guiding our direction by setting clear goals, inspiring teams, and improving resources for managers, which in turn will provide stronger leadership for our teammates.
