Pros

There is an incredible amount of flexibility. The management team is easy to speak with and there is a sense of camaraderie that is felt within those of daily interaction. The company is global and expanding with the change in economy. There are networks of communication, sharing and brainstorming available to all. Growth is huge, education is available and the possibility of advancement with the company is absolutely enthralling!

Cons

It is hard to say. Understanding the post that other's have written, belief in something greater and the ability to be a flexible employee is needed. This goes with any company! It is all about personal drive and passion.

Cons

Pace of change is high and can create ambiguity at times. Processes, internal alignment, and ways of working are still evolving. Requires proactive communication and ownership to navigate effectively.

Pros

The people I worked directly with were supportive and talented, and there were opportunities to learn if you were proactive.

Cons

Leadership frequently shifted priorities, making it difficult to execute long-term strategies or feel like work had a lasting impact. Communication around organizational changes often lacked transparency, which created uncertainty and hurt morale. The marketing organization felt under-resourced relative to expectations, and employees were expected to do more with less. Career growth and compensation did not feel competitive with the market, and recognition for strong work was inconsistent. If you’re looking for a stable environment with clear direction and long-term investment in employees, look elsewhere.

Our newer Career Elevation Strategy gives global team members visibility into career progression, and even more recently, we are working on a rewards strategy as part of that effort.
