Pros

They are happy to spend money on their employees with regards to food and drink but not on employee salaries. You will be flown around the world for team building but seems to be more of an excuse for leadership to get drunk.

Cons

Toxic environment from anyone with a manager or director next to their title. New are ideas are not welcomed and you will be treated like a dog. Sales managers and product marketing are not experts in their markets and provide little to no help on how hit targets. You can see this company going down soon if it wasn't for their large funding from god knows where. PLEASE, don't waste your time with a company who directs their employees to create fake positive reviews on Glassdoor. Its's all fake. As a minority employee full of all white, straight males, its clear its a boys club.

Thank you for taking time to leave your feedback. I'm sorry to hear your experience with RLD hasn't been very positive. As an organization, we embrace 365 feedback from all employees and use this information to learn and make sure we are in touch with all aspects of our employee population. We are a work hard play hard company and support outside the office interactions that includes many activities not directly associated with happy hours or alcohol centric activities. RLD is very competitive in the market and has a pay for performance compensation model. As in any sales role, we are a goal orientated company that sets aggressive goals at all levels of the organization and holds everyone accountable to their individual responsibilities. We will also continue to invest in education, team building and in person events to promote our mission. Any internal requests to review RLD on Glassdoor have been done so by asking for honest, candid feedback about their experience.

Growing commitment to aligning with customer realities and reducing complexity.

Cons

Pace of change is high and can create ambiguity at times. Processes, internal alignment, and ways of working are still evolving. Requires proactive communication and ownership to navigate effectively.

Pros

The people I worked directly with were supportive and talented, and there were opportunities to learn if you were proactive.

Cons

Leadership frequently shifted priorities, making it difficult to execute long-term strategies or feel like work had a lasting impact. Communication around organizational changes often lacked transparency, which created uncertainty and hurt morale. The marketing organization felt under-resourced relative to expectations, and employees were expected to do more with less. Career growth and compensation did not feel competitive with the market, and recognition for strong work was inconsistent. If you’re looking for a stable environment with clear direction and long-term investment in employees, look elsewhere.

Our newer Career Elevation Strategy gives global team members visibility into career progression, and even more recently, we are working on a rewards strategy as part of that effort.
