Pros

Coworkers are nice and hybrid schedule is appreciated.

Cons

Pay is not competitive with the industry. They do not give raises to anyone in Sales. Last year, everyone in the company except Sales got a 4% cost of living increase. Commission changes yearly and never in our favor. Despite company survey results being negative about pay, the Global HR Dir was overhead saying they aren’t increasing pay and that they’ll just talk about people that got promoted more. Really? That is going to take care of their employees and show they are valued?! Sales has lost great talent because the pay is low and morale in Sales is very low. Lots of unhappy people.

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. As you are a current employee, I invite you to set up time with me to have a conversation about your concerns. FY 2023 was a year of significant change in the business as we realigned our sales team to serve the needs of our customers and our commission plans to reflect the shift in model from license sales to SaaS subscription sales. We are putting focus this year on how we create internal equity across all of the businesses that now make up one RLDatix. This is one of the ways we’re addressing the feedback on pay from our engagement surveys. Positive changes have been made in the sales structures to incentivize collaboration and cross-selling opportunities. We have also instituted a President’s Club trip to reward sales team members that hit their targets. FY2024 commission plans have been radically simplified with clear accountability and have been issued earlier in the year than ever before. I want to address what has claimed to be heard by me or one of my staff regarding pay and promotions as I think reality and context are important to share. In FY23 we invested more in merit and cost of living increases than the previous 3 years due to inflation. We provided energy stipends in the UK because of the steep changes in energy prices over the winter months. It is unfortunate that this isn’t your experience. Our surveys do talk about pay and they also talk about career progression. We have more internal movements and progression happening than people realize so I’m not at all surprised to be overheard saying that I want to talk more about promoting people. Career progression is important and I want to make sure people are aware that it can and does exist within our business. The feedback received from engagement surveys and forums such as this is very important to us. Thank you again for taking the time to express your concerns, and please do consider finding time to have an open dialogue with me so we can continue to understand and work to improve where needed.

Pros

Work that directly contributes to safer care and better patient outcomes. Strong sense of purpose—you can see how what you do impacts real people. Passionate, mission-driven colleagues across the organization. Opportunity to shape how we support healthcare systems at a critical time. Growing commitment to aligning with customer realities and reducing complexity.

Cons

Pace of change is high and can create ambiguity at times. Processes, internal alignment, and ways of working are still evolving. Requires proactive communication and ownership to navigate effectively.

Pros

The people I worked directly with were supportive and talented, and there were opportunities to learn if you were proactive.

Cons

Leadership frequently shifted priorities, making it difficult to execute long-term strategies or feel like work had a lasting impact. Communication around organizational changes often lacked transparency, which created uncertainty and hurt morale. The marketing organization felt under-resourced relative to expectations, and employees were expected to do more with less. Career growth and compensation did not feel competitive with the market, and recognition for strong work was inconsistent. If you’re looking for a stable environment with clear direction and long-term investment in employees, look elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're saddened to hear that you felt there was a lack of vision during your time with us, and we understand and hear your concerns. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Our newer Career Elevation Strategy gives global team members visibility into career progression, and even more recently, we are working on a rewards strategy as part of that effort. Additionally, we're currently working on guiding our direction by setting clear goals, inspiring teams, and improving resources for managers, which in turn will provide stronger leadership for our teammates. We appreciate your perspective and wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
