Pros
Remote work, health benefits, and PTO policy
Cons
No real opportunities for growth, you’re stuck with the team you are assigned to even if you express concerns about the team to management, management and HR don’t take concerns or complaints seriously, they claim to care about doing whatever it takes to retain employees but it’s just words, the workload is too high for the amount of people available, people are constantly quitting, good employees are constantly expected to produce great results while others get away with doing nothing or the bare minimum, same issues have persisted in the department for years with almost no change, training isn’t great so it takes new employees too long to properly catch on, and management treats employees like they are easily replaceable which they aren’t and that’s why so many of the good ones leave.
