We understand that performance evaluations and the return-to-office policy are concerns. Performance evaluations were completed in May, and we strive to communicate results promptly. If you feel that your performance rating does not reflect your contributions, we encourage you to reach out to your senior leader for clarification and to continue that conversation.
Regarding the return-to-office policy, we recognize that the transition can be challenging. However, many global technology companies, including those in Macedonia, are returning to office work. Our Skopje facility is one of the largest in the country, with many parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served booking basis and ample parking in the surrounding areas/malls.
To support collaboration, we’ve established a schedule for employees to be in the office twice a week, fostering teamwork and engagement. We provided a two-week notice to help everyone adjust.
Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. We welcome further suggestions for improvement and look forward to ongoing dialogue to address these concerns. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.
