Pros

While the top management and some heads exhibit toxic behaviors that undermine the team, the developers and all team members shine brightly with their unwavering support and camaraderie. The communication among colleagues is exceptional, fostering a strong sense of teamwork. It appears that the true potential of the team flourishes in spite of the toxic structure and micromanagement imposed from above. The real strength lies in the dedication and collaborative spirit of the team members, who continue to excel despite the challenges presented by management.

Cons

Lack of Employee Care: The new C-level management seems solely focused on increasing profit and raising performance standards, with little to no concern for employee well-being. There’s a noticeable disregard for the personal development of staff, leaving many feeling unvalued and unstable in their roles. Superficial Praise: While management tends to praise individuals or teams for their work, it feels insincere. They don't take the time to understand how team members are truly feeling, leading to a disconnect between leadership and the workforce. No Focus on Growth or Stability: There’s no genuine effort from leadership to foster career growth or provide employees with a sense of job security. This has created an empty workplace culture, where employees feel like they’re just numbers in a profit-driven system High Turnover in Skopje Office: Many talented team members from the Skopje office have either already left or are planning to leave due to the toxic work environment. It's disheartening that management views employees as replaceable "numbers" rather than individuals with value, contributing to an increasing sense of dissatisfaction. Toxic Culture: The workplace culture has become toxic, with a lack of empathy and care from leadership. This has severely affected team morale, and the negative impact is not only felt internally but has also spread throughout the industry. Damaged Reputation: The company's public image in the region has been tarnished due to these issues. Word has spread about the poor work environment, making it difficult to attract and retain top talent.

We really appreciate your feedback. Hopefully, you will personally see and feel the changes we’ve set in motion (with more to come). We’re very excited about the future opportunities we have as a company, but it will take everyone contributing in a meaningful way. To that end, everyone’s experience (here and at every company) is very personal, so we would encourage youto talk to your manager and/or HR business partner. We look forward to teaming up with to build a truly great company that is making a difference in the lives of patients and providers.

Pros

Work that directly contributes to safer care and better patient outcomes. Strong sense of purpose—you can see how what you do impacts real people. Passionate, mission-driven colleagues across the organization. Opportunity to shape how we support healthcare systems at a critical time. Growing commitment to aligning with customer realities and reducing complexity.

Cons

Pace of change is high and can create ambiguity at times. Processes, internal alignment, and ways of working are still evolving. Requires proactive communication and ownership to navigate effectively.

Pros

The people I worked directly with were supportive and talented, and there were opportunities to learn if you were proactive.

Cons

Leadership frequently shifted priorities, making it difficult to execute long-term strategies or feel like work had a lasting impact. Communication around organizational changes often lacked transparency, which created uncertainty and hurt morale. The marketing organization felt under-resourced relative to expectations, and employees were expected to do more with less. Career growth and compensation did not feel competitive with the market, and recognition for strong work was inconsistent. If you’re looking for a stable environment with clear direction and long-term investment in employees, look elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're saddened to hear that you felt there was a lack of vision during your time with us, and we understand and hear your concerns. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Our newer Career Elevation Strategy gives global team members visibility into career progression, and even more recently, we are working on a rewards strategy as part of that effort. Additionally, we're currently working on guiding our direction by setting clear goals, inspiring teams, and improving resources for managers, which in turn will provide stronger leadership for our teammates. We appreciate your perspective and wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
