Pros

Work life balance is acceptable.

Cons

This is a company that hates its employees and hates its customers. A toxic culture exists driven from the top down mainly by the Head of Product and CEO who are amongst the most talentless and unpleasant individuals you will ever encounter. The senior management Jetset around the world paying themselves fat Tech salaries while the employees are treated as badly paid Healthcare workers. A bloated and talentless middle management cluelessly stifle any progress while desperately trying to hang onto their jobs by gaslighting their own teams and back stabbing each other. Trust is non-existent. The management team is only interested in making tenuous acquisitions in the vain hope of boosting the companies valuation so it can be sold. Once acquired these previously successful companies are then run into the ground through incompetent management. The products are poor and there is no interest in or ability to improve them. Costs are out of control due to a lack of strategy and constant jumping on every bandwagon. This organisation is in a death spiral of high costs, falling revenue, low customer satisfaction, poor products and hatred of its own people.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our hope is that you will personally see and feel the changes we’ve set in motion (with more to come). We’re very excited about the future opportunities we have as a company, but it will take everyone contributing in a meaningful way. To that end, everyone’s experience (here and at every company) is very personal, so we would encourage you to reach out to your team lead directly or talk to your manager and/or HR business partner. We are looking forward to teaming up with you to build a truly great company that is making a difference in the lives of patients and providers.

Pros

Work that directly contributes to safer care and better patient outcomes. Strong sense of purpose—you can see how what you do impacts real people. Passionate, mission-driven colleagues across the organization. Opportunity to shape how we support healthcare systems at a critical time. Growing commitment to aligning with customer realities and reducing complexity.

Cons

Pace of change is high and can create ambiguity at times. Processes, internal alignment, and ways of working are still evolving. Requires proactive communication and ownership to navigate effectively.

Pros

The people I worked directly with were supportive and talented, and there were opportunities to learn if you were proactive.

Cons

Leadership frequently shifted priorities, making it difficult to execute long-term strategies or feel like work had a lasting impact. Communication around organizational changes often lacked transparency, which created uncertainty and hurt morale. The marketing organization felt under-resourced relative to expectations, and employees were expected to do more with less. Career growth and compensation did not feel competitive with the market, and recognition for strong work was inconsistent. If you’re looking for a stable environment with clear direction and long-term investment in employees, look elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're saddened to hear that you felt there was a lack of vision during your time with us, and we understand and hear your concerns. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Our newer Career Elevation Strategy gives global team members visibility into career progression, and even more recently, we are working on a rewards strategy as part of that effort. Additionally, we're currently working on guiding our direction by setting clear goals, inspiring teams, and improving resources for managers, which in turn will provide stronger leadership for our teammates. We appreciate your perspective and wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
