I get to work with the weasels, training them and such. They are the most amazing little critters! And the pay, it's out of the park for what i get to do! Im excited to go to work each day!

Fulfilling work that you can be proud of, sense of agency/ownership, great people, lots of teamwork, fair compensation, middle managers truly do care about you

On-call nearly 24/7, overwhelming at times. Growing disconnect b/w C-Suite against middle managers/normal employees
