Decent pay overshadowed by extreme micromanagement - Junior Analyst RMSI (India) Employee Review

Oh boy! Micro management. Employees are either treated as students or as daily wage labourers. We are expected to sit at our desk all day long. Take no breaks. Finish tasks in te asked TPT (Time per Task) which let me tell you is sometimes as low as 1 second. And no you cannot take an extra second. Otherwise some class monitor would call you by your name. And scream TPT theek karooooo. We are not expected to have family personal emergencies. Let alone personal days. Pathetic work environment. Even more pathetic management.
