Employees do not matter - Account Manager RNR Tire Express Employee Review

They expect you to reach unrealistic goals. We had 800+ accounts and I was expected to work them all with no help. Constantly getting in trouble for not meeting daily, weekly goals. There were supposed to be 2 of us calling daily and I ran it alone for 4 months and when I told the manager I needed more help I cannot reach goals alone he fired me and told the company i was not living up to the expectation of the position.
