Pros

Leads provided. Fantastic guidance and company culture. Focus on consistency and accountability. Excellent broader investment opportunities being partnered with PLACE.

Cons

50/50 broker commission split on everything except for deals with direct kin. Launch program can be a bit taxing and stressful, particularly for those newer to the industry. If you’ve got a couple years under your belt you can do it but a new agent might struggle.

Pros

Pros were amazing technology and benefits from being a PLACE partner along with strong local leadership / support

Cons

They only take full time agents which was tough for me at first. High daily activity standards. I had to leave for personal reasons but would have liked to stay.
