Pros
The leadership team has made it a mission to empowering leaders throughout the organization. Over the past 3 years and through several high-level changes, the core executive team has continued to keep their focus on people. It's the people at this organization that make all the difference. There are 10,000 brokers out there. RPM is ranked in the top 50 and we have been for several years now. HQ is a very friendly, open, and engaging environment. I very happy to see the company continue to blossom. As an organization that has always been focused on B2B and B2B2C I am very excited to see our new B2C offering take shape!
Cons
Aligning on and prioritization of certain initiatives have been shaky, but that is a typical symptom of growing pains. As a company who has gone from 150 to 250 people in three short years, we are still trying to become OneRPM, unifying the entire organization. From a marketing perspective, we have helped RPM become far more visible in several areas, but there are still more opportunities and channels that we can take advantage of. Benefits could be stronger.
