Horrible management, low pay, no raises - Anonymous employee RPM Employee Review

Managementb team are clueless without the experience necessary to run a company. No raises. Was there 3 years, never received a raise. Unlimited PTO that you get punched I for using. Can't believe an word the C-Suite says. Literal liars in each position. CFO willingly rips off customers. Say they are hybrid and then ding you in your review of you're not in the office everyday. If you're a minority you will be overlooked for any upward opportunity, and there aren't many.
