Pros
Many of the employees at RS&H are highly talented while also very friendly and helpful to entry-level engineers. Flexibility with scheduling and hours is very nice to have. Managers care about the well-being of their employees and support their growth. Communication from the top of the company is surprisingly good; employees are kept in the loop with the company vision, financial management, goals, and even officer / executive meeting minutes.
Cons
Some employees don't seem to do a whole lot and the harder workers are forced to pick up the slack. However, hard work is always noticed by managers who will tell you they are thankful for the work you put in.
