Pros

- Decent flexibility during summer months (i.e. can work from home occassionally and unofficial half-day fridays, depending on client schedule) - Experience builder

Cons

- Do not adequately compensate top performers. Difference in pay between a "Level 4 - above average" performer vs. a "Level 3 - average" performer is negligible. Bonuses/annual salary increases are not in line with market, which has resulted in high turnover - High turnover results in overall lack of experience and poor staff training, increased burden/stress on remaining experienced staff, & more turnover (see a pattern developing?). - Most departments have no problem burning & churning folks. Everybody is viewed as replaceable (even Directors).

Pros

Good hours and pay. Nice teams and localish clients

Cons

A bit repetitive and the stressing of billable hours as a performance metric is off.

Pros

Good compensation package and training

Cons

They do not have a supportive Resource team that are keen to assist associates in transitioning to the choice of industries they prefer. A request to switch industry should not take close to a year to complete. Audit folks are expected to be working from January to March due to busy season which is fair. However, prior to hire, HR should be make it clear to candidates about the holidays expectation. Lower levels associates are not allowed to take holidays in December as we are expected to be on standby during Christmas holidays for inventory counts.
