Pros

Travel to clients - some international possibilities Good Pay Rate Good Camaraderie Meeting new people in multiple business locations Helping businesses

Cons

Work life balance is actually frowned upon. Over 100 hour weeks during busy season Some may find the travel extensive - depends on preference You must schedule time to catch up on work otherwise your time is taken by other managers for other projects Expected to do 60 hours of work in 40 billable hours.

Pros

Good hours and pay. Nice teams and localish clients

Cons

A bit repetitive and the stressing of billable hours as a performance metric is off.

Pros

Good compensation package and training

Cons

They do not have a supportive Resource team that are keen to assist associates in transitioning to the choice of industries they prefer. A request to switch industry should not take close to a year to complete. Audit folks are expected to be working from January to March due to busy season which is fair. However, prior to hire, HR should be make it clear to candidates about the holidays expectation. Lower levels associates are not allowed to take holidays in December as we are expected to be on standby during Christmas holidays for inventory counts.
