Pros

Work life flexibility Good compensation, but benefits are nothing special since the reorganization Co-workers were nice people

Cons

Each office location is managed differently...no cohesion. Upper management is not held accountable for properly managing their people and resources, so your odds of being treated fairly and receiving agood performance rating are dependent on how much you kiss up to the upper eschalon. Hard work and exceptional results do not get recognized. HR is a joke. They do not offer any advocacy to the employees. Antiquated technology! Tough to be efficient without proper tools in place.

Pros

They try to stay loyal to their people Unlikely to be laid off if performance is good Supportive of internal mobility to a point. Varies on manager Great company for people coming out of college for gaining experience as long as they don't plan to make a career at RSM and Directors/Partners

Cons

Comp has been less in recent years due to economic environment which is already not competitive with industry No opportunities to negotiate pay during performance evaluation. You are just a number Continual efforts to normalize excellence. Going above and beyond is now a contingency for being promoted. This makes it increasingly difficult to differentiate oneself Spent 1 billion on AI investments. Hard to really see where it went apart from Copilot and the smaller pay bump.
