      Supportive teammates and willing to mentor. Some Autonomy on tasks

      Good engineering practices almost non-existent Job scope can change anytime and performance review metrics can be changed without notice Likes to force developers into client facing Certain management has gaslighting tactics and comparision towards certain race regarding headcount cost. No clear direction on what is the path for product.

      They do not have a supportive Resource team that are keen to assist associates in transitioning to the choice of industries they prefer. A request to switch industry should not take close to a year to complete. Audit folks are expected to be working from January to March due to busy season which is fair. However, prior to hire, HR should be make it clear to candidates about the holidays expectation. Lower levels associates are not allowed to take holidays in December as we are expected to be on standby during Christmas holidays for inventory counts.
