Pros

Receiving a paycheck. Choosing free make-up products before they end up in the trash.

Cons

This company DOES NOT hire temporary/contract workers. I didn't know this at first but HR informed me that this position would only be temporary. I also overheard SOMEONE (whispering) saying that she was "back at square one" because the company wouldn't hire one of her contractors permanently or extend their contract after it ended even though this person was a good employee. I worked on the Beauty Team for one month before I stopped reporting to work. It was awful. Lack of communication. Lack of structure. No training. I mostly completed random tasks from different departments that they didn't feel like doing themselves. Most functions are performed manually, using archaic systems. Heavy use of Microsoft excel. Glassdoor won't accept my review if it's more specific than this.

Pros

very nice people to work with. European management is nice at giving donuts to everyone every week.

Cons

It’s a drill sergeant nightmare in the department where there’s one person who literally dictates based on fear and threats. Wish they would have a heart.
