Pros

Co Workers are amazing some have been with the company for over 30 years.

Cons

Management still doing things like the 80's. Company hasn't evolved into using RF's. Union employees feel they are untouchable. Some supervisors don't know how to talk to their employees, they talk to them like garbage, one guy was accused of harassment and he still works for the company. They hire to many temps and keep them for years with out hiring them. Upper management if you aren't part of their "click" don't give you opportunities to step forward in your career. Team leaders feel like they own the company. Some may ask if its bad why there's people that have been working so long? Well it the guy is 55 and he has been with RTC for 35 years that means he was 20 when he first started, they are scared and think RTC is the last company in the planet.

Pros

very nice people to work with. European management is nice at giving donuts to everyone every week.

Cons

It’s a drill sergeant nightmare in the department where there’s one person who literally dictates based on fear and threats. Wish they would have a heart.
