Thank you for taking the time to rate RTC and enter some comments. We are focused on providing products and services for the retail chain industry. Over the past two decades, the retail landscape has experienced dramatic changes on many levels. We have adapted to these changes and will continue to do so in order to sustain a healthy, thriving business. We are well positioned to do so. We are not falling and are, in fact, continually evolving to meet the needs of our customers. We do not have layoffs every year. In fact, over the last 10 years, our workforce has increased by 60 associates. In addition to Fun Fridays, we continue to offer our associates ways in which they can achieve a good work/life balance including a (pre-COVID-19) work from home policy and paid volunteer time. We are proud of our response to the Coronavirus pandemic, making safety a priority for all associates, while also retaining our staffing levels in 2020. Pros

very nice people to work with. European management is nice at giving donuts to everyone every week.

Cons

It’s a drill sergeant nightmare in the department where there’s one person who literally dictates based on fear and threats. Wish they would have a heart.
