As of 5/6/21, RTC has 35 associates within the Account Management team. The group ranges from Inside Sales to Vice Presidents. Tenure in the group spans one month to 30 years. Not all joined as an Account Manager, enjoying varying career paths on their way to sales. Also, some started in Account Management and moved to other roles in the organization. We are fortunate to have such stability in our organization and offer career opportunities for our associates. I am one of several women in leadership roles. Since January 2020, we’ve only had two individuals within Account Management end their employment with us. While many have found RTC to be a good place to make their career, we understand we aren’t the right fit for all.

Pros

very nice people to work with. European management is nice at giving donuts to everyone every week.

Cons

It’s a drill sergeant nightmare in the department where there’s one person who literally dictates based on fear and threats. Wish they would have a heart.
