Pros

- Good size global private company - Friendly workplace - Have access to the management channel - Good and talented people work in the company - Flexible work schedules - Management set good examples - HR and managers help promote and develop talents. - People like to stay and many have worked in the company for many years.

Cons

- 401K match has been reduced due to Covid in 2020 and 2021. - Bonus pay out may be uncertain for 2021.

Pros

very nice people to work with. European management is nice at giving donuts to everyone every week.

Cons

It’s a drill sergeant nightmare in the department where there’s one person who literally dictates based on fear and threats. Wish they would have a heart.
