Cons

Family owned company therefore not as big as a fortune 500 companies. Still it is a good company to work for and I would recommend working at RTC to anyone.

We appreciate your feedback because we want to know what is going well for associates as well as recommendations for areas to improve. Our Telecommuting program and the goal of work/life balance is important and something we assess regularly. We are pleased to have decreased the required number of days in the office, for those in positions that can be done remotely. When we return to the office, associates only need to be in two days/week.

Pros

very nice people to work with. European management is nice at giving donuts to everyone every week.

Cons

It’s a drill sergeant nightmare in the department where there’s one person who literally dictates based on fear and threats. Wish they would have a heart.
