Pros

Minimal. Pros are all based on your team and your manager.

Cons

Literally everything. Ever since RXO acquired Coyote, it’s been a rocky ride. Low pay, and with the high turnover due to RXO’s own flaws they are now resorting to bring in new hires as temps. If you take a role at RXO, make sure to have a plan B- in case they end up letting you go before you have the chance to resign.

Pros

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Cons

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Pros

Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

Cons

Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
