I love working here. Hard work, hustle, team player, ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, high levels of customer/carrier focus, street smarts, etc. These are some of the skills needed to thrive at RXO (especially the brokerage line of business).
Cons
Transportation is a stressful job and fast-paced. The high demands from customers/carriers, and ability to multi-task takes getting used to.

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.
