Lots and lots of favoritism. Leads are actually duplicated Information which previous employees entered and instead of data management scrubbing, inside sales has to do the clean up. Freight often doesntbget picked up on time or rolls over into the next day. As inside sales you will often have to book your own driver

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.
