Pros
Brand name in CRE is among the best, and their investment strategy is poised to have success. If you're in the right department and work for the right people, you'll do well. There are some good people you will work with.
Cons
The CEO's current motto is "chaos before clarity". That's fine for a market strategy but it's actually much more reflective of how the firm sees its own employees. Be aware of the office politics and favoritism. Pay is also well below market rate unless you work in the investment management side.
