Core values have become lip service. The inspiring mission no longer values its team members. Rackspace is a cult of culture where many Rackers refuse to believe that culture has disappeared. The work environment is open and intended to inspire collaboration. Instead it inspires noise, hampers concentration, and Invites so many into the decision making process that decisions are often not made or are blocked by politics. The Director and above group has become and entitled class, that simultaneously complains about long time entitled Rackers. This is where the core value of transparency died. Rackspace might be a good place to begin a career, but the amount of spent there should be measured carefully. Work is so manual that business professionals will begin to fall behind peers in other companies.
