Culture People Managers Customer Service Everybody wants you to succeed, it's rare to find a company where they really do strive to live their values
Cons
Growth Career Options Tunnel Vision Rackspace tends to dip it's toe in the water with business direction and doesn't lead as strongly as it could, this stifles growth in my opinion
