Many awesome people striving to do the best they possibly can, some real diamonds in the rough, and lots of opportunity to be mentored if you are in the right place. Great health benefits.
Cons
Lack of leadership. Uncertainty is the name of the game at Rackspace where you just aren't sure what is going to happen next. Innovative internal services often go unnoticed to senior management and product is managed by leaders who do not understand the products and don't trust in their owners. Rackspace was once a great place to work. Today it's in tatters unable to find its true identity and has too many focuses.
