Pros
In a nutshell, Rackspace offers exceptional training, facilities, support and teamwork. The core values are ones which I completely agree with: especially treating fellow Rackers like friends and family. I haven't met one person who has disliked the culture here. Excellent opportunities for career progression and skill building.
