New CEO surrounds himself with male leadership team, appears to be no desire to expand female talent at exec table beyond 1 or 2 Caucasian females. Over the last two years since new CHRO joined people have been fast tracked and hired in secret. HR partners tell former employees they are rehire eligible, yet black list them Look around and you will see almost zero African American, Hispanic or Asians in roles above Director in the US.
