- Company is offshoring a lot of their jobs and it shows in the quality of work - Took Onica who was basically printing money for them and drove it into the ground - Old school Rackers are promoted into leadership positions and then use that to further the old school mentality that got them no where to begin with - People are abandoning ship faster than new ones can be on-boarded, the company just keeps repeating the mantra "it is happening everywhere, this is fine" or worse "We are still only hiring a small percentage of applicants, people still want to work here"
