CEO is Clueless - Slash and Burn guy .. no vision no strategy. Poor Leadership - Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Rackspace Technology Employee Review

Horrible leadership from the CEO and much of the C-suite. Still stuck in the same pattern of past 5-6 years. They cannot grow out of their traditional businesses that are declining and so they cut headcount at least 1x a year. Not a good place for anyone other than entry-level seeking a first job.
